We have been trying so hard to ID this chip to specific location, but so far we are not able to do so.

This is what we found so far, we wish some readers can share their "knowledge" on this particular chip - Daiana Casino, Dniepropeytovsk, Ukraine.
Supposedly in Ukraine, but the "spelling" differs, it is "Diana" but this is used in English speakers - but the nomenclature could be deceiving at that.

The DIANA GROUP has 4 casinos in the group - all operating in Dnepro, Ukraine. All these four casinos are listed individually in the MoGH.
