Carlos Cartagena noted artist was on hand for the 2008 CCGTCC Convention in 2008
held in Las Vegas and signed a few of his chips. The painting on this chip was auctioned
off on June 19, 2008 to benefit the Museum of Gaming History (MOGH).
The auction was held during the Casino Chip & Gaming Token Collectors Club's (CCGTCC)
16th Annual Convention's opening banquet. The high bid of $3500 was won by George Maloof,
owner of the Palm hotel & Casino who in turn donated it to the MOGH to be put on display.
