Never went to the actual Moulin Rouge, but on September Sunday in 2017, I spotted a post card with chip enclosed at the Pasadena City College Flea Market. I know 'Rouge items of any kind usually command a premium. I asked the vendor what she might want for the item, expecting her to say $50 or something. To my surprise, she replied, "It's very colorful so I have to charge a bit more than usual. Three dollars!"

I happily paid and it has found a new home here.
