Oh my! There's a lot more to this collecting stuff than I bargained for...

If I had to specialize my collecting area, I'd probably choose matches or postcards...I think. So I probably won't be real detailed in my record keeping, but it's time to put the playing card "inventory" in order .

is probably about 95% of our playing cards...I'm sorting them by city, then will put them in alphabetical order. While doing that, I'll figure out exactly what I want to track.

Thanks for your advice/input on what to scan and what to track. I see this is going to take awhile, but a wise man recently told me that even when you're eating an elephant, you do it one bite at a time .
