Today's "Chips of the Day" come from the "SOUTH TAHOE CASINO" which was located on the west side of Highway 50 at Kahle Drive, near the Stateline and on the south shore of the Lake. Opened in 1966, closed in 1967, this short lived casino first opened as the "South Shore Club" in 1965 but because of a naming conflict had to change its name to the "South Tahoe Casino". This location later became "Gary's Casino" in 1976 before finally closing down in 1978. Today's chips were issued in 1965. Enjoy!
