May 30th, 1991 was windy enough to take out Bob Stupak's Vegas World sign in Las Vegas.
I remember watching workers dealing with a rather tricky situation trying to get it down.
I think it took several days. Actually, I wasn't too surprised that it happened as the support
pole was attached to one end. The sign always leaned a bit. I was surprised the sign company
would approve such a design!
