The CERCLES DE JEUX worked for many years in Paris ( remembering AVIATION CLUB DE FRANCE, CERCLE WAGRAM, CERCLE HAUSSMAN, CERCLE CENTRAL, etc Etc), and where theoretically the access was circumscribed to associates, which in fact did not happen. In this cercles no roulette was played and no slot machines were allowed. In addition to baccarat and poker,were played the well-known Cercle games, such as Multicolore ,Poker 21 etc. The associative status of the cercles did not correspond in any way to the enormous volume of financial transactions carried out there, and in recent years there have been lots of accusations of fraud and money laundering.The cercles were closed by the police for several irregularities, leaving in 2018 only the Cercle Clichy Montmartre, that would close on September 2018.
The Government has decided experimentally to authorize the opening of Clubs de Jeux, in which casino games such as roulette, black jack and slot machines are not allowed.
The first Club de Jeux to open was the Paris Elysees Club, belonging to the group Tranchant , owner of several casinos in France. He opened on April 26, 2018, located on the street Malbeuf very close to the Champs Elysees, where the Man Ray boite was once installed. With an area of 2500m2 and 170 employees, the club opened with 23 tables of 7 games: caribbean stud poker, poker 21 (poker parisien mixed of poker and black jack), 3-card poker, Ultimate poker, Texas Hold'em , punto banco (bacará). 1-The first Club that opened in April 2018 was the PARIS ELYSÉES CLUB owned by the Group Tranchant.



2-The second club to open was L´IMPERIAL CLUB, 98 Boulevard Masséna, opened on 24th May 2019

3- The third Club to open was CLUB MONTMARTRE , 84-86 Rue de Clichy , on 23rd August 2019

4- The fourth Club to open was CLUB CIRCUS, 37 Boulevard Murat, on 9 September 2019

5- The fifth Club to open was CLUB BARRIERE, 104 Champs Elysées on 13 September 2019.
The Club Barriere was settled in the former place of the famous AVIATION CLUB DE FRANCE.

6- The sixth Club to open was CLUB BERRI, 11 Rue du Berri, on 18 October 2019

7- The seventh Club to open was CLUB JOA ROYALE, 12 Rue Royale, opened on 15th January 2000
