Still no ID on this chip, and I have been searching for over 25 years.

I have been in contact with historians in both Central and Eastern Europe spa towns, casino families and collectors... and in some cases seemed to be on the right track where hotels were being developed with getting real close to a possibility... and then hitting a brick wall. Nothing.
