Today's "Chips of the Day" come from the "TAHOE PALACE" which was located on the east side of Highway 50 at the Stateline, on the south shore of the Lake. First opened in 1954 as the "Tahoe Plaza", this location became the "TAHOE PALACE" in 1956 until closing down in 1959. Then reopened as the "Tahoe Plaza" once again later that same year and before the property finally became part of the Harrah's expansion in the early 1960s. Today's chips were issued in 1956. Enjoy!
