Many fun times there at the Golden Gate. This chip bring back so many memories. One bad one had to do with the Shrimp Cocktails for 50 cents before the 99 cent specials. My friend Jim hated the slippery serving trays they would put the heavy serving glasses on. Seen many times people would have them slip while returning to there table, some would be smart and put the glasses on a napkin. So as usual Jim was complaining again this time about how they slip so much. He had 6 on a tray and you know what happen. I'm sure the beer had something to do with it. He stormed off saying he would never return, that lasted till the next trip. However he never used a tray again.
