Interesting note - the 3rd photo includes a sign out in front of the Wagon Wheel that says "Harvey's Here". It was a part of an advertising program that had several parts. It started out with "Where's Harvey" and ended with the "Harvey's Here". The same logos where used on their dice - sadly I have only been able to find the one below...
