Yesterday, Rich Burgel asked why Harrah's would use a cartoon sultan in their advertising as it
didn't seem to fit their image. Actually I wondered the same thing and so did Mark Curtis, Harrah's
long time PR and advertising executive. His book has some interesting stuff on the subject. I
member people saying the sultan and harem were a reference to Harrah and his many (six)
ex-wives.
