"Cafe" began as the French word for "coffee" or "coffee house"... over the years it has
evolved into a word that describes a small restaurant serving light meals and drinks -
and even a bar or nightclub. The ChipGuide shows 165 hits for the word "cafe" - for
some reason, many of the cafe chips I have are from Washington state.
