Firekeepers had quarters in their kiosks, but printed out kiosk vouchers for the balance...and you had to take them to the cashiers (couldn't play them in the slots).

Four Winds had no coins in their kiosks, and also printed out kiosk vouchers at first. Now I think they're printing regular TITO's for any balances, so you can slip them into a machine if you want to.

If I remember right...Gun Lake offers the option, on the kiosk screen, of getting the bills dispensed and having your coins donated to a charity...or...having the coins paid out. They also have plexiglass boxes at each exit if anyone wants to deposit their leftover tito's they will be donated to an animal shelter (I think).
