What I am referring to is if we have no proof of a chip being a sample or a prototype and being certain that it was never part of an inventory used at a casino, any such chip resembling the only known chip from the casino along with the artwork provided to us, that unknown chip (seen above, from ChipGuide) can easily be mistaken as a chip that has a connection to a casino and can easily lead to misinformation as being a real chip from an invenory used at the casino... as such stated in a post below... The $5 chip with the three split insert designs (above) is not and was never used on the Club Royale boat and by using the term possibly can be confusing and thought to be a sample of an actual invintory.
There is nothing to determine that this unknown chip was a sample of the actual inventory or even made for the casino.... and to state it and others were pulled from being shipped to the casino simply is not the case.
