The naming of monograms is very difficult, unless we are lucky to found the right source.

Jo Steevens submited to chipguide MOPs which were attibuted to Compagnie Generale Transatlantique a very old french ship company.

Jo I am not saying that you are wrong , but I made a research in the internet looking for this Monogram in the MOPs.
I found several other objects from this company with another logo.
Who is correct ??

May be. Let us know.
Or may be the manufacturer of the MOPs used another monogram (what he had available.,. Sometimes it happens in some old MOPs hand engraved- the monogram is not the same of the establishment)
