A person reached out to me about any information concerning this chip. The chip is in pretty good shape and I have just enlarged it a bit so we can all take a better look. Nothing has changed with the color that I believe is lavender by comparing it to other similar chips in the Chip Guide. Person believes chip has connection with California. but I don't know anything else other than that.
