We believe it is France, because a few lower-denomination chips were found in the same region (Savoie) as this about thirty years ago and one was on exhibit at a F.U.N. coin convention about twenty-five years ago... but nothing else that I know of has turned up, especially a plaque.This piece is available; trade, only.
