Baden - Baden Plaques for C. G. and a question ??

I didn't see these 3 Plaques in the Chip Guide - please add them. Also the Large Brown Plaque is really "Strange" - thinner than normal and odd denomination - doesn't look "real" to me ?? Does anyone know anything about this Plaque ??

Example of exhibiting both sides; when dual use.
Correct, sometimes they are signed after release.
The Lunettes are different color on the 5000......
