I can suggest visiting Beatty, specifically, the Stagecoach Casino, for lunch at the Denny's there. I say this because the have a wonderful exhibit there of Rare US Currency and Bank Notes that is at the periphery of the casino floor, along the walk way to the Denny's. But as I say, call ahead to ensure no issues.

Beatty also has a Museum, quaint, but nice. Ten minutes further is the ghost town of Rhyolite. Self guided tour of some cool stuff.
