Every so often you see a chip (thats not for sale) and you spend a couple years begging everyone that flaunts one in your face...
I mean... SHOWS you they have one but you don't... but you just can't seem to acquire one yourself.

This chip really isn't rare or expensive... it was a "gift" to people that showed up at Harrah's Reno on their birthday to gamble.

To new collectors ( and long-timers as well) if there is something you really want, let people know.
If you whine and sigh and beg for a few years, one may actually wind up in your collection.
