Here are 3 sample plaques.

The 1st is from B et G.

The 2nd is from GPI.

The 3rd is from both B et G/GPI.

My question concerns the B et G/GPI plaque. If you were going to submit it to the ChipGuide, would you submit it as a B et G item or a GPI item? Some similar items are listed under B et G. Some are listed under GPI. My opinion is that any B et G/GPI item should be listed under B et G. What are your thoughts? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
