I do see that 2 recently that you submitted were duplicates...

1.) no, not done in order. Different Admin cover different areas. Also, all your scans need to be reworked in some way and due to some Admin's schedules, they take the perfect scans 1st.

2.) no, not really. I see that only 3 submissions were completed on 10/29. I do not see where 9 were done.

3.) no as we do not send personal emails. Emails are automatically generated and sent without the Admin that worked on it. Have you ever looked at the Admin list and see who covers what areas? You could start with that.
