One additional bit of dating information on the Curt Teich postcards, mostly linen ones...
They are date-coded...often on the lower right corner, sometimes in the stamp box
The first 2 characters in the number represent the date....
The first character is a number, representing a year, the second character is a letter that represents a decade
A=1930
B=1940
C=1950
D=1960
So...2A would be 1932, 3C would be 1953, etc.
