I don't have the Normandy Club chip (never aware of it), but it's interesting that same colors used on the Oceanside Card Club chips -- both this $1 and also the $25. Probably others too.

Normandy Club was in Oceanside from 1968-72, per ChipGuide. Oceanside Card Club was open 1990-98, also per ChipGuide.

Must have been some association between the 2 clubs, even though an 18 year gap between them.
