Anyway, the last event we had here in Palm Beach County with few aggressive dogs around was during Hurricane Wilma in 2005. Law enforcement announced that not even they will be out on the road because of the danger. So everyone went out, of course... but no aggressive dogs were noticed anywhere in the county.
