Or you can write directly to the address to get a copy of their latest edition, this is 6/7 years old. The data might be old and obsolete but the principles and theories discussed - basically does not change much, unless they are "debunked" by their "peers in the management".

I am not sure if the MoGH will accept this pamphlet/publication.
