I was making a comparison between the black jack chips ( with older currency ESCUDOS) I have from Vilamoura Casino and the Burt Co chips order cards that are published on the chipguide.
1- I reproduce the chips I have from Vilamoura Casino (most of them were acquired from the CARO collection) - values 10,20,25,50, 100, 200,500, 1000,2000, 500, 10000
2- There are 2 chip order cards in the chip guide whose order the chips on the card do not correspond to the chips I have.
CARD 1 April 7, 1972 (the casino opened in 1973).
Two Square Diamond mold- matches the card and the chips.
The order on the card indicates 3 maroon inserts - the inserts of the chips I have are 3 gray.
Values 10,20,25.50, 100, 500, 1000,2000, 5000, 10000 (does not include the value 200).
The colors indicated on the chip order card do not match the colors of the chips (only the purple color of the 10000 chipmatches).
For example, card 20 is dark gray and the card is yellow; the 2000 chip is green and on the card it is chocolate, etc …
CARD 2 (date May 6, 1983)
Indicates the DOUBLE DIAMOND MOLD “EX HEAVY” mold.
Only chips from 200 (200, 500, 1000, 2000, 5000, 1000) are ordered.
The colors of the chips and the chips ordered in the card match, but the inserts do not. The card indicates inserts white and the chips have inserts gray.
CAN YOU FIND AN EXPLANATION ??
3-SCROLL mold chips were in use in the 90's ( last chip rack previous to euro currency). I got these from the tables.
