I have these two silver strikes. They come in a red velvet box. With the COA. The COA says .999 silver and the rims is 24kt gold overlay/plated. I have tested these and they are .999 inserts and the gold plating is correct.

Does any one have a clue on there ? Gift shop ? Special hand out ? After market ? You all pretty much know me by now, I like facts a lot more than random guess. Sometimes guesses is all we have though.
