Any thoughts on these chips.

Looks like $5 roulette chips for two tables. Aren’t $5 roulette chips a bit expensive for 1936? Why is there no club name (or at least initials). Why doesn’t the USPC record show $1, $25, & $100 chips

I don’t even know where to begin.
