Any idea what this monogram means?

Have you seen it on any jetons, plaques or documents?

It is not the casino monogram, for sure. I know what the casino monogram is.

The CI is not defined on any monogram index I know of which refers to the casino, of which neither is that monogram defined where I looked.

I searched REYNCKESNS and ELIE metallics; France, only... and I do not see the CI, or as being on any colonials, either.

My only guess is that the CI may be that of the operator, while the monogram on the obverse is that of the casino... which, could be the jetons are the property of the operator and not the casino?
