Saturday afternoon here in Las Vegas .... I took a ride down to Henderson to check out the brand new “Pass Casino” formally the El Dorado Casino, Downtown Water St., Henderson ... look closely at the pictures it’s a ghost town on a Saturday the restaurant had hardly anybody in there .... the table games are all closed except for a $10 blackjack table with one person playing I have my reservations how long this will last

My first impression was it looks just like the Klondike casino in Henderson the decor very modern tons of towering tall new video games the older folks were looking for the more traditional IGT Games and slots... anyway had lunch at the new coffee shop called Emilias ? I have no idea who that is named after ... there’s no reason to eat in this restaurant, there are no specials no bargains, the sandwiches are all $12 for the most part and the breakfast was just terribly prepared everything was wrong take a look at the decor and furnishings you don’t want to spend more than 20 minutes in this place The seating is very uncomfortable and the decor is boring as can be ... I don’t know who they hired but I’ve seen hospitals with more atmosphere ...anyway here are some photographs ... surprisingly they have a CIRCA sports book from the downtown Hotel on Fremont Street interesting and that’s my review ... another disappointing new property .... they just don’t get it!
