One of the coins below is graded ms61, the other is graded ms63+. I own the ms61. I was thinking of sending it in to PCGS to be regraded.

is it obvious which is the ms63. Do you think my ms61 will be upgraded.

A noted Morgan collector emailed me and thought my coin would be an easy upgrade. I really don’t want to wasted the fee ($80-$100) if I have no chance on an up grade.

By the way, these could be considered gambling tokens as they were used in Vegas for many years.
