Bought this on in Santa Barbara a couple years ago, big sale going on and it was 1/2 price.
Had fun walking around downtown. Cool shops and restaurants. Kinda like old Pasadena but a better area as far as not as city like and more rural feeling. I can see why the rich like that area.
