Great Set of Chips Torrey. If you know the origin it would help, but I am leaning to Manufactures Samples. One of the reasons is that I can Substantiate this is from the chip below. It was a Manufactures Sample. The chip was given to Robert E. from the president of HC Edwards. I was not able to acquire this chip prior to his passing. I signed up for the Potter Auction and I was a live Bidder on this chip. The telephone Agent I had was extremely incompetent and they closed out the lot to another bidder while I was telling them to bid for me. If anyone has this chip from the Potter Auction I would like to purchase it from you for my collection.

In Closing all of these clipped chips, you will notice, the clips almost never are on the inserts.
