This is apparently a Lady Luck Natchez, MS $1 chip with an Isle of Capri sticker on both sides. It is a $2 chip issued for their first anniversary after taking over the Lady Luck. The scan is okay but the sticker is of poor quality. Feel free to use this in the Chipguide.
