I am not completely up to date lately, but I’ve seen a weird amount of movement of the CIRCUS CIRCUS chips lately on Facebook and Fleabay. Can someone please fill me in. I’m just curious because I have several in my collection and I thought they were just house chips. Thank you in advance.
