Was in Las Vegas this week for the local SNCCC meeting. Did some Casino hopping mostly to collect badges in Caesars properties. I stay at Caesars properties free through their TR program.

Okay the kiosk report. This report specifically has to do with the coin/change returns at the ticket redemption machines.

Gold Coast ticket redemption machines returned all monies including change. Great

Bellagio ticket redemption machines returned bills and receipt for coins. Had to go to the cashier for the loose change. Fair

all Caesars properties ticket redemption machines returned bills and receipt "Transaction Complete". Rip off
In their defense ... The Caesars kiosks do have a sticker stuck on the machine and on the ticket to proceed to the cashier for coins returned (or something to that effect)
The itemized text does show all, but "Transaction Complete" is wrong. So with this information ... I strolled by a few kiosks and was rewarded with many abandon kiosk receipts. Took the receipts to the cashier and cashed them in. This is a gold mind for transients, would only take a short time to collect a meal. Caesars properties needs to fix this.
