Bargain Box -- California Illegals?

Bargain Box 2 features a pair from Johnny's Time Out Card Room, Ridgecrest, CA The two small crown chips are just like I found them -- no editing of images. I have two sets for $8 shipped in padded envelop after receiving PayPal (no-fees) to my email address. Here's what I know about these chips.

Obtained from an older gentleman's estate -- who had a gaming table with other older mold chips.
According to Eric Freedner, the chip is identified as Johnny's Time Out Card Room located in Ridgecrest, CA, and has been closed for quite some time. He stated in his research that the Card Room chips were believed to in private hands. No known examples exist of these chip, and identity need further collaboration to be listed in the official Chip Guide.
Denom: $5
Mold: Small Crown
Color: Yellow
Insert: Hot Stamp — Gold
Initials: E (Diamond) E
Collected By: A. J. Giametta

Jayson Pike said the records show the chips were sent to:

Rusty’s
112 N. Main St
Bishop, Ca

He said, "The E is for Earl. I don’t know what the L is for and don’t know if they were used at Rusty’s or another location. Rusty’s could of (most likely) been just a shipping address. I have seen this a few times where someone orders chips from a card room operator."

The ChipGuide lists them as being from Ridgecrest 1978-79.

First to post "I Will Take A Set" gets them. No foreign sales.
