Your chip is a sample made by Reliable. It may have came from me. I purchased the entire existing brass-core chip inventory from the company owner about 12 years ago. They made many trial experimental sample chips. Including many plated in copper, chrome, silver and gold. I'm pretty sure I have a sample of pretty much every chip they ever produced.
