Does anyone know of a better term for such an edge as this other than square, beveled, rounded or ogee?
If described anywhere when related to MOP gambling chips; I would imagine it being in French or Spanish and, perhaps overlooked in study of catalg descriptions.
My only reason for trying to get it right is that the edge on this set is rarely seen with the thickness the largest piece is and, I plan on including that in the ChipGuide description since, I notice of late, the efforts being put forth with the updates in ChipGuide by Jo Steevens as being exact as possible to even describing the color of engraving pigment with MOP.
As you can see (somewhat) in the photos; the edge is not just slightly rounded but, also includes a bevel where it meets both sides of the plaques and chip -- again, something being unusual, at least to me.
