Not any denomination but , as I have been told, a custom denomination for a high roller player.
Normally the plaques end at 10.000 German Marks but for this specific player they made the 20.000 plaques.

If you make a display with black velvet these are real eye-catchers.
Both have little table wear.

Before hitting Ebay, € 165 for the gold plaque and €115 for the silver plaque. (116 x 82 mm)
