I called in a few flippers this past week in order to see if any of them were interested; thinking things were like they were in the market 20
or so years ago where anyone who was interested in buying a house and do whatever needed to resell it, usually did it themselves or hired a tradesman or two... NOT the case. Not a one of them had the slightest idea of anything relating to construction and solely rely on contractors and a real estate firm to sell the finished product -- while totally being ripped off on costs.
Not a one of them had an idea of what an entry foyer, conversation pit or sunk-in formal dining room was...
...and it was the first time four of them have ever seen wood ceilinhs...
...and I am offering the property for well under a hundred grand less than low estimated values which only go by square footage and very little more...
No way will I enter into any agreement with a real estate agency unless I show the house myself in order to point out all the features; good and bad.
It's 2828+ sq. ft... and located at
221 Ponce de Leon, in Royal Palm Beach.
My bottom line is $383,500 (...and climbing, only ).
