~~~ single jeton made for an occasion or for a special use/promorion?

The reason I ask is because I have been hangin' with Dinant chips, jetons and plaques for a very long time and have never seen another denomination or even a description of one; especially in ChipGuide, and was wondering if it was actually used in the original Dinant casino building or somewhere else . This jeton is approx. 33 mm and both sides are the same and it reflects what the poster reads and so different from any other jeton in any other series from Dinant.
