The mold was originally owned by K. P. Gaming, a Native American owned gaming supply business in Riverside CA, ad was used by a couple of other reservation based casinos during the late 1990s.

In 2001, the mold was bought by Nevada Jacks (co-owned by Jim Evering). They transferred the mold cups to the Blue Chip Company around 2003, and used it extensively for two lines of home poker chips. The Mardi Gras Casinio home chip line, which you show, and the Martini Club line. Nevada Jacks may have allowed some people to make some custom chips on the mold, but I'm not sure.
I don't know what happened to the mold cups after the Blue Chip Company was bought by GPI in 2013. If anyone knows more about the mold, I would like to know more too.
