I remember visiting the Owl Club in the early 70s and pestering old Vic Berincua for some
old chips for my collection. He was kind of crabby but said he had some in the basement.
I didn't know if he was going to get me any so I hung around playing the slots. After a while
he came over and gave me some chips that were marked with his initials, VB, and some other
stuff. The RPC shows the Owl probably in the 40s. I took the other photo in the 70s after it
expanded. I remember they had a live 21 game but later took it out. They later took over
the Nevada Club which had a 21 game also.
