This is a copy of Customs Declaration showing '0' value which I feel is accurate since I have no record of value which was a gift to me.

If you need anything other than the truth which I signed to, or any other information, please let me know (I have no email) or have them return the packabe to me or discard it.

The package contains '0' value as stated on the form.

I have been shipping to the EU for many years and never been asked anything by anyone here in the US or in the EU, other than on the documents at time of mailing, before. Never.
