New discovery for chipguide or error chip?

Here is a weird one. The chip on the left is a normal chip with the crosshatching going from the outer edge to where the inlay would start. The chip on the right has crosshatching on the far outer rim but the inner "rim" to the area of the inlay has no crosshatching. It is flat and shiny just like the inlay area. Also the hats are not as shiny as the regular chip which looks like a C&J hat. The extreme blow up shows the detail better. Since no one else has found one of these since the casino opened in 1997 I am thinking that this is some type of error chip. Agree?
