Cool story especially for me.
The Chicago Cubs used to practice here on Catalina Island because of the Wrigley chewing gum family owns the Island. So one reason they practiced here and the weather. There is a ball field here below the golf course they renamed the field of dreams and Las Casitas housing which they would stay in while here. Well on of the Ball players moved up North and liked the nam by Avalon so much he named the Casino Club up in Emeryville, Ca Avalon.
Of course they were a perfect match for me to collect being into California chips and the history.
Let alone they are such cool chips anyway especially the Golden Gate Bridge on a few. It is near San Francisco.
