Today we talk about the recent discovery of some very nice looking TRK chips from Ted's Club Card Room that was located in Morro Bay, California. This club originally opened in 1961 and seems to be a smaller locals club which was open from noon til 2 am. You were able to play Pan, Poker and Pool there while have a good time. In this group of chips that were found were 25 cent, 50 cent, $1s, $5s and $10s. The fractional chips having never been posted on ChipGuide before which is interesting to see. Then, another thing is usually these chips bring upwards of $50 for a single. That's for those that have sold in that past which many haven't. That brings us to a few things to think about. These chips are currently in Texas, meaning they could have been taken there when the club closed and stayed with the owner. There's also a possibility that these had been bought years ago and just now surfaced. The world may never know, but it's amazing to see these large groups of chips come out of the darkness.
